Add your name to the listEvery program here ends with something you built. You choose what it does, you write the code, and you stand up and explain it when it is finished. Instructors teach the fundamentals, and then the problem is yours to solve.

Two days in February 2027, focused on artificial intelligence, open to any high school student. It runs while Summer Intensive applications are open, so it is a good look at the work before you decide.
Six weeks. You build a project and present it to people who do this for a living. Finishing makes you a Scholar. Applications open January 31, 2027.
You can also find us at the Queens Tech and Career Expo in January 2027 and the NYC Computer Science Opportunity Fair in April. After the Summer Intensive, Scholars can apply to the Tech Entrepreneurship Incubator and build a venture of their own.

Career readiness runs the full six weeks, coaching and workshops led by career professionals, including a weekly session on using AI responsibly.
Jamal Woods started at the beginning, just like you. He applied to the Summer Intensive in 2016, sixteen years old, writing on his application about game engines and a studio he wanted to start with other developers. Rochester Institute of Technology gave him the degree. Magic Spell Studios and Decoy Games gave him the career, two published games, one on Steam and one on phones, plus console and PC development experience. He taught here in 2018 and 2019 along the way. Now he is one of our lead instructors.
There is no cost, and there never has been. The Summer Intensive is open to high school students, and workshops and weekend sessions are open more widely. No prior coding experience is required. Programs run online, so you will need a computer and an internet connection. If access to a computer is a problem, say so when you apply.
Applications for the 2027 Summer Intensive open January 31, 2027. Add your name to the list and we will tell you when they do. Come to a workshop or find us at an event in the meantime, and once applications open, the Weekend Intensive in February is the closest look at the program before you decide.
