Through a mixture of tech exposure, career development, and immersive programming, like our flagship Summer Intensive (SI), we equip students with technical, entrepreneurial, and professional skills. From coding fundamentals to career pathways, our programs lay the foundation for future tech success through our Launching Digital Futures (LDF) platform.
Exposure Programming: This suite of initiatives introduces new learners to foundational tech skills, igniting curiosity and confidence in the world of computer science. Open to all students, these programs include engaging, high-impact activities like
Crack the Code—an interactive coding platform with challenges and prizes—where students gain firsthand experience in coding and problem-solving. Our
2-Day Intensives provide a focused, hands-on environment where students explore topics such as web design, game development, and digital storytelling. Additionally, the
AI Intensive introduces students to emerging concepts in artificial intelligence, helping them understand the basics of machine learning and its applications. Together, these programs offer an entry point into tech, empowering participants with skills and inspiration for continued learning and career exploration.
Talent in Tech Academy (TTA): TTA is an innovative in-school computer science club that introduces students to coding and creative project development through an engaging, hands-on curriculum. Open to all students, this 6–8 week program emphasizes game design using p5.js, a JavaScript library for creative coding. Led by an All Star Code Scholar within each participating school, TTA combines tech skills with career insights, helping students earn a p5.js certificate while broadening their perspective on STEM career opportunities.
Summer Intensive (SI): This flagship program offers both a six-week and three-week immersive experience designed for novice learners to master essential coding skills, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and build professional confidence. In the six-week program, students dive deep into computer science principles through daily hands-on learning, project-based work, and mentorship from tech industry leaders. The three-week program provides a condensed, high-impact version of this experience, focusing on core technical and professional skills. Both versions of SI equip students to create their own digital solutions, laying the foundation for success in tech careers and entrepreneurial ventures, while fostering a lifelong community of support.
Career Readiness Program: This program equips workforce-ready Scholars with essential technical skills and professional acumen, creating a clear pathway to employment in the tech industry. Through specialized training sessions with corporate partners, mock technical interviews, coding assessment preparation, and direct feedback from industry professionals, Scholars gain practical skills and insights into navigating the hiring process. This program transforms students into confident, career-ready professionals prepared to lead and innovate in tech, advancing workforce diversity and inclusion.
